I. there are several reasons for the general paper feeding stuffy car

1. Between the paper feeding head and the paper feeding table, the paper feeding roller 14 of the mechanical double sheet controller has a zigzag support roller spacing (mm) of 800 and the gap between the paper feeding roller is not adjusted well. Generally, the width of the printing paper is less than 5.5mm, and the width of the paper is more than 2 but 3, and the width of the paper is more than 5.5mm, and the width of the paper is more than 3 but 4. Or the photoelectric double sheet controller fails and is not adjusted in place, resulting in double sheets and multiple sheets

2. The height adjustment of the paper pressing piece at the front end of the paper feeding table is not appropriate, which is generally the thickness of three printing papers

3. front gauge photoelectric detection failure: when the printing machine is working normally, if the paper arrives at the front gauge early, late, skewed, missing angle, curling, missing paper, the photoelectric detection immediately commands the front gauge to stop swinging, so as to prevent the paper from entering the drum again. At the same time, swing the paper delivery teeth and don't take the paper out of their mouths. The machine slows down, the drum is off pressure, the inking roller is lifted, and the water transfer roller and inking roller stop swinging. If the electrical control circuit fails, it is easy to roll a hole reserved for anchoring the anchor bolt during concrete pouring, as well as the pipe stack of the installation circuit and sensor into the space between the embossing drum and the rubber drum, resulting in stuffy traffic

4. The paper feeding operator 276 left the work post without permission, and did not deal with it in time when the paper feeding was abnormal, which was the most common cause of paper feeding stuffy car

5. In the secondary printing, especially the coated paper printing, due to the large amount of ink printing, although there is powder spraying treatment, it is also very easy to cause adhesion. When the operator loads the paper at the paper feeding place, he does not do a thorough loose paper treatment, which is easy to cause a stack of adhesive paper to roll into the machine drum

6. The paper feeding head and its components are not adjusted well, and the paper feeding is abnormal, which is also prone to stuffy car

7. Due to the unevenness of the paper pile, objects such as corks and paper strips used to level the paper pile around the bottom of the paper pile were not handled in time; At any time, it may be transported to the front gauge with the paper and rolled into the drum, causing stuffy traffic

8. Most of the paper feeding stuffy car accidents are caused by human beings, mainly due to the operator's lack of enthusiasm, sloppy work, and leaving the work post without permission. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the team management

II. There are two methods to deal with the paper feeding jam of the machine

1. If there is less paper feeding, try to solve it by turning as much as possible

2. if there is more paper rolled in, the only way is to chisel out the lamination in the lamination area (lining paper, blanket, rolled in paper), tear off the blanket first, and clean all the excess paper, leaving a lamination in the lamination area. Use a screwdriver to chisel away the paper and blanket in the pressing area. Be careful not to roughen (flower) the surface of the embossing liquid cylinder and the rubber cylinder, and then turn to take out the paper
